• Why don't you allow CV/resume uploads?
• One of our key considerations in designing this site was user data saftey and security. For example, when you register we don't ask for your address, or date of birth - we hold only enough data about you that would enable a potential employer to assess your potential suitability for a role - and then they can contact you and request a CV/resume. Many people include sensitive information on their CV's - like date of birth, place of birth, and full postal address. In the wrong hands this information can be misused. As data security and safety is one of our main implementation goals - our policy is to hold as little personal information as possible. We are primarily interested in capturing your skill set and experience. This is also what employers are looking for. If they call you / email you - they will request a CV from you.
